The controller of personal data is SOKÓŁ Michał Sokół. We process data from the form and from correspondence only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The website uses no analytics or advertising tools.

2. What data do we process?
We only process data you give us yourself and technical data needed to run the website:
- data from the contact form: full name, company (optional), e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and content of the message,
- data from e-mail correspondence and phone calls,
- technical data in the server logs: IP address, date and time of the visit, page visited, browser type.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- answering your enquiry, arranging an inspection and preparing a quote: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given in the form),
- performing a concluded contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- security and proper functioning of the website: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
- complying with legal obligations, such as tax obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Who receives the data?
We do not sell data. We only share it with service providers who run the technical side of the website on our behalf:
- the website hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses,
- the provider sending form messages (Resend, Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), on the same terms,
- the company's e-mail provider.
5. How long do we keep data?
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry; if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the contract, the limitation period for claims and the period required by tax law. Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. In browser storage (localStorage) we only save your cookie choice and the language version you selected. Details and settings are on the “Cookie settings” page.
8. Do I have to provide data?
Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and a description we cannot answer your enquiry. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example when service providers change. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last change.
